CIMC-CSBG Emergency Application (Off-Reservation)
If you are of Native American heritage, and live in one of the counties listed on this form, you may be eligible for services through the CIMC/CSBG Program.
Emergency Services Application
Emergent needs include at a minimum: shelter, food, wood, utilities and transportation. For emergencies to attend a funeral service for immediate family members, $0.12 per mile.
Employment Application
Please complete all required fields to be considered for Employment with the Fort Bidwell Indian Community Council.
HAF Application
A household is eligible for assistance if its total income is equal to or less than 150% of median income in the county where you reside. The applicant is entitled to a priority if income equal to or less than 50% of median income.

Before mailing, please remember to attach a voided check or deposit slip from your account.
Housing Program Application
This form is for multiple housing assistance programs. Please disregard any questions that do not apply to the program for which you are applying.
TNGF Scholarship Application
Application MUST be and enrolled FBIR Tribal Member and MUST complete the following:
1: Written Essay (500 words) must be submitted explaining your ultimate educational goals and how this scholarship will benefit those goals.
2: A copy of Unofficial Transcript (applicant must hold a 2.5 GPA).
